Payment of this amount will be made in two installments, £ 27.000 from a Swiss account in London to Marlborough Fine Art Ltd., London, and £ 13.000 at an exchange rate of 12 CHF=1 £ (= CHF 156.000) to be transferred to Trafo's account with UBS Zurich.
